When you book tickets, you must enter the billing address that the payment card is registered to as we run regular security checks within 72 hours of the booking being made. If the address on your booking doesn't match up to the billing address for the card, your booking may be cancelled.
However, 72 hours after the booking has been made, we can change the delivery address to one that is more convenient.
