Gift cards are a great way to give your loved ones the chance to choose tickets for whatever they want – whether their thing's music, sports or the theatre. You can buy them in denominations of £10.00, £15.00, £25.00, £50.00, £100.00 and £200.00, and they can be used as part or full payment for any tickets booked with Ticketmaster UK.
You can find our full Terms and Conditions on our Gift Cards portal.
How do I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase physical Ticketmaster Gift Cards and eGift Cards online. If you'd prefer to buy over the counter, our gift cards are available at the following retailers:
- Sainsbury's
- Asda
- WHSmith
- Somerfield
- Clinton Cards
- Spar
- Morrisons Shell
- McColls
- Tesco (selected stores)
If you want to buy more than four cards, or more than £250 worth of cards at once, email our sales team at giftcardsalesunitedkingdom@ticketmaster.co.uk.
Ticketmaster will never ask you to purchase a Ticketmaster Gift Card or any type of third-party gift card to use as a form of payment for tickets.
What is an eGift Card?
eGift cards are completely online, so you don’t have to wait for a plastic card through the post. We'll email all the details directly to your recipient. We can notify them straight away, or on a specific date of your choosing. We can even deliver the card directly to your loved one's Facebook wall.
Using your gift card
What can my gift card be used for?
You can use your gift card to buy most tickets available through Ticketmaster UK, along with any merchandise available on our website like t-shirts and albums.
You can only use Ticketmaster UK Gift Cards in the UK on our site, not our app or on mobile browsers. Some events may not accept gift cards.
How do I use a gift card during checkout?
On the payment screen during checkout, click Redeem Gift Card now and enter your gift card number and PIN.
The gift card number will begin either 0130, 533 or 633. The security code can sometimes be under a silver foil panel. The card will lock for 24 hours if the security code is entered incorrectly three times.
If your gift card completely pays for the booking, you’ll still need to add a credit or debit card when booking, but it won't be charged.
After booking with your gift card
How do I check the balance or expiry date of my gift card?
You can check your gift card balance on the Gift card balance checker. Please have your gift card and PIN number available.
If you’re having difficulties checking a gift card balance that was purchased at a retail location, not directly from Ticketmaster, return to that location for help.
Your card will be valid for 12 months from the day it was bought.
Can you replace lost or stolen gift cards?
Gift cards aren't replaceable if lost or stolen.
Can I have a refund on my gift card?
To receive a refund on your gift card, it must meet the follow requirements:
- The gift card was directly issued from Ticketmaster
- The gift card is unused and within 14 days of purchase
For Gift Cards purchased from Ticketmaster, please email voucherexpress@ticketmastergiftcard.com, and include your order reference so we can find your order. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used to purchase the gift cards.
How will I receive my refund if I paid with a gift card?
If you paid for part of your order with a gift card, you'll receive a replacement eGift Card for the amount paid by this method. The remaining balance will be refunded back to the payment method used to pay when booking.
If your whole order was paid with gift cards, you'll receive a replacement eGift Card to the value of the refund. You can find out which gift card it was refunded to by checking the balance on our Gift Card balance checker. Contact Fan Support if you no longer have access to the gift card that received the funds.
