If a booking in your account is showing as cancelled, this may have been caused by one of several reasons:
- A re-seat within the venue: If this is the case, you'll receive an email from us to let you know.
- Booked over the ticket limit: Ticket limits can be found on all event pages at the time of purchase.
- Event status change: We keep a list of all cancelled/altered events on our Event Status Updates page, and you'll also receive an email from us to let you know.
- Refund request: If you've requested a refund/exchange, your booking will still show in your account as a cancelled order.
