Reading & Leeds 2021 is now sold out, so no further exchanges can be processed. Tickets for Reading/Leeds 2020 remain valid for 2021 if customers opted for their tickets to be carried over to 2021 rather than opting for a refund.

Please click here for our up to date delivery information! Be aware that the latest to expect them is 5 days before the event. Tickets for this event are provided directly by the promoter and not printed by Ticketmaster and may not be dispatched until ten days before the event.
Age Restrictions 👶
Reading - No unaccompanied under 16s are allowed on site.
All Under 16's must be accompanied by a paying adult ticket holder (aged over 18.)
This adult must remain on site throughout the whole weekend as the guardian of the under 16-year-old.
Under 13's (12 years and under) are admitted free but must be accompanied by a paying ticket-holder over 18 at all times.
Wristbands, to write a mobile number on for children 12 and under in case they get lost or separated from their guardian, will be available from the wristband exchanges, arena entrances & welfare points on request.
We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site.

Accessible Tickets ♿️
Please buy your festival ticket first. (Please note we do not have a separate Accessible Ticket)
You will then need to apply for access to Disabled Access facilities and/or a complimentary PA ticket by completing the Access Requirements Application form.
If you require a Personal Assistant to attend with you DO NOT buy a ticket for your Personal Assistant.
You apply for this via the Access Requirements Application form.
Only buy a ticket for the Access Customer and any friends and family attending.
Once you've made your booking you will receive your booking reference number to give us if you have any queries about your booking. You will also get a booking confirmation emailed to the email address you gave us at the time of booking, but this can take up to 72 hours to receive.
**Please make sure that your e-mail address is up to date before making a purchase.**
Changing Address 🏡
When you are booking we need to take the address that your card is registered to for our security checks. However, we can change the address to a non-billing address 72 hours after the booking has been made.
If your address has been changed with the card issuer already and you've just entered the incorrect address, just let us know as soon as you realise the error and we'll correct it for you.
Line Up 🎵
An Early Entry pass gives you access to the campsites from 14:00 for Leeds Festival and 18:00 for Reading Festival on Wednesday 26th August to set up your campsite for the weekend. These are only valid with full weekend tickets.
Refresh Retreat Packages 🚿
Order online and arrive onsite with your voucher/e-ticket and some ID. The Refresh Retreat team will exchange your voucher/e-ticket, and issue you with a wristband.
If you've purchased the package for someone else, they will need their voucher/e-ticket, their own ID that doesn’t match the booking name plus a Letter of Authorisation from the booker, more info can be found here
