Ticketmaster has partnered with Klarna to offer interest-free credit when purchasing your tickets. With the Klarna Financing payment plan, you can spread your payment over 3, 6 or 9 months.
Who is Klarna?
Klarna was founded in 2005 in Stockholm, Sweden with the aim of making it easier for people to shop online. Klarna is now one of Europe’s largest banks and is providing payment solutions for 60 million consumers across 100,000 merchants in 14 countries.
How do I place an order using finance with Klarna?
Purchasing your tickets with Klarna Financing is simple. Proceed to checkout as normal, then select the “Pay Over Time” payment method. This will start your application with Klarna Financing.
You will then be asked to provide some basic details, followed by details to check your eligibility. If you’re approved, your payment plan will be created, and your order with Ticketmaster will be automatically placed. It’s a short application and you won’t have to leave our website.
What details do I need to provide when I make my purchase?
You will need to provide your name, billing address, email address and phone number, as well as some basic employment and bank details. Please ensure that the information that you are providing is accurate and that each field in the checkout contains the right information (i.e., street address in the address field).
Please note that Klarna assesses all orders individually. The result of a previous credit application with Klarna, therefore, does not guarantee the same result during subsequent applications.
Will I be required to pay anything when I apply?
In some cases, Klarna may offer financing contingent on the applicant paying a portion of the balance up front. You will be prompted to make a deposit during the application flow, if this is the case.
How much will I pay each month?
Your monthly repayment will depend on the length of the plan you select, as well as the items you purchase on financing.
What if I am late paying or miss a payment?
Your monthly payment must reach Klarna by the payment due date. If you fail to make the minimum monthly payment, Klarna may charge a late payment fee of £12.
Klarna will also report information to credit reference agencies about the payments you make, and about any payments that you fail to make on time. Failure to make payments on time could have a negative impact on your credit file and applying for future payments.

If you have selected the Klarna Financing option to pay for your order, Klarna will send you an email confirming your purchase details. The email will contain a link to Klarna’s online portal or to download the app, where you can manage your purchases with Klarna. It is essential that you provide accurate information during checkout to ensure that you can receive Klarna’s communications.
If I apply for financing, will this affect my credit score?
When you apply for Financing with Klarna, Klarna will make a full credit search with credit reference agencies who will supply credit information. The agencies will record details of the search, which can be seen on your credit file, whether or not credit is granted. This record will also be visible to third parties and may affect other organisations’ future decisions on whether or not to provide you with credit.

I want to set up automatic monthly payments, how can I do this?
During the Klarna Financing application you will be asked to set up a Direct Debit Mandate from your bank account. Klarna will draw your monthly instalments from your bank account automatically via this Direct Debit Mandate so you don’t need to do anything.

Am I eligible to use Klarna Financing?
To be eligible for Klarna credit products you must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident. Your application approval is subject to Klarna's review of your financial circumstances and a full credit search. To improve your application’s chances of success, make sure you enter full and accurate personal details, and have your order delivered to your registered billing address.
What happens if I don’t pay for my order?
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect payment for your Instalments purchase from the card that you entered at checkout. You can find out when your payments will be taken in the email that you received at the time of purchase or by logging in to Klarna. If the automatic payment fails, we will try again after seven days. If this payment also fails, we will make another attempt after a further seven days (14 days after the date of the first attempt)
What is the APR for Financing?
For Financing, the loan has a 18.9% APR, with the interest baked in the monthly repayment instalment. You can decide to repay the minimum amount instead of the monthly repayment without additional fee. The APR will apply onto the revolved balance as for any revolving account. However, should the customer not repay the minimum monthly repayment, Klarna will send reminder and there is a reminder fee up to £12
Can I pay less than the amount owed each month?
You can choose to pay your minimum payment amount rather than the interest-saver payment amount. Your monthly minimum payment is the amount you need to pay to avoid incurring late fees on your Klarna Account.

After receiving your payment, Klarna will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, please get in contact with Klarna’s Customer Service team here with a proof of payment.
