Ticketmaster accounts can’t be combined. If you don’t need multiple accounts, you can request to have an account deleted. Please review our FAQ Closing a My Account profile.
Check to see if you accidentally provided an incorrect email address when creating your account. Sign in to our desktop site with the email address used to create the account and update it under the Profile Details section of your account. This change can’t be made on our app.
