Why are tickets being refunded?
Following the messaging on the artist’s social media in the run up to the Oasis Live ’25 on sale, the tour’s promoters have advised that ticket agents Ticketmaster and See Tickets will, from 7th February, start the process of refunding tickets that are believed to have broken the terms and conditions put in place for the tour.
These terms and conditions were successfully put in place to take action against the reselling of tickets through unauthorised secondary ticketing companies at grossly inflated prices for huge profit.
The examination of ticket sales is ongoing and the results will be passed to relevant law enforcement once complete where appropriate. Refunded tickets will be made available again at face value in due course from the official ticket agent Ticketmaster. All parties involved with the tour continue to urge fans not to purchase tickets from unauthorised websites as some of these may be fraudulent and others subject to refunding.
If fans do want to sell (or buy) Oasis tickets at face value they can do so through Ticketmaster or the band’s official resale partner Twickets.
For ticket purchasers who believe they have had tickets refunded in error, refer to the email sent by the relevant agent when informed.
How will the refunds work?
Any tickets that have been identified to have been purchased by bots will be refunded, as this violates the tour’s terms and conditions. Barcodes on these refunded tickets will be void and will not allow entry to the event.
Those impacted will receive an email from Ticketmaster or See Tickets with details.
When will the refunds take place?
The refunds will begin 7th February 2025.
How are purchasers notified that tickets have been refunded?
Purchasers of tickets via Ticketmaster or See Tickets in breach of the terms and conditions will receive an email from Ticketmaster or See Tickets with details.
How can you tell tickets were purchased by bots?
Expert Abuse and Fraud teams have reviewed all sales and identified any made by bots. We cannot go into more detail, as we do not want bot-using touts to have any further information on the process.
How long will the refund take?
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days.
What if the tickets are refunded in error?
Please follow the instructions in the email sent to you.
What if I purchased a now refunded ticket on an unofficial resale site?
Ticket buyers have been strongly advised by all parties not to purchase tickets from unauthorised resale sites. The promoters, artist, Ticketmaster and See Tickets are not responsible for the actions of unofficial resale sites.
Purchasers who suspect their tickets have been refunded will need to contact the resale site they bought the tickets through regarding their refund.
