How many tickets can I buy?
You can purchase up to 4 tickets per person and per household applies for the presale, rising to a max of 8 tickets per person and per household for the general sale, except for the below venues:
Motorpoint Arena Nottingham / First Direct Arena Leeds / M&S Bank Arena Liverpool / bp pulse LIVE Birmingham / The O2, London - You can purchase up to 6 tickets.
Accessible Tickets
You can search for accessible tickets for Olly Murs by selecting the Accessible Tickets button.
Venues determine the availability or types of accessible tickets and may sell all or a portion of their accessible tickets only through their box office and not through Ticketmaster.
Delivery
Olly Murs tickets are mobile entry only. To access your tickets for entry, you must download the Ticketmaster App or add them to your mobile wallet. Check out our FAQ How do I use Mobile Entry tickets? for more information.
Delivery Delay
Olly Murs tickets may have a delivery delay - the period of time between the purchase and access to a ticket. It’s used to prevent tickets from being accessed until we can confirm everyone has adhered to the event ticket limit and didn’t use unfair ticket technology to buy in bulk.
If your order has a delivery delay, the tickets won’t be shipped and mobile ticket barcodes won’t be available until the delivery delay passes.
