Accessible Tickets

Accessible customers should buy a standard event ticket. For this event, there will be a 2:1 ticket scheme for individuals who would be unable to attend their events without bringing an essential companion. Once you have bought a full price ticket, please contact the event organiser to request your essential companion ticket. Please note you will be required to provide your registered documentation in order to receive your essential companion ticket. Delivery Delay

Tickets for BBC Radio 2 In The Park may have a delivery delay - the period of time between the purchase and access to a ticket. It’s used to prevent tickets from being accessed until we can confirm everyone has adhered to the event ticket limit and didn’t use unfair ticket technology to buy in bulk.

If your order has a delivery delay, the tickets won’t be shipped and mobile ticket barcodes won’t be available until the delivery delay passes.
