You can easily add your tickets to a digital wallet to ensure that you're ready to enter your next event.
Adding tickets to a digital wallet is optional and not necessary to gain entry, but can help you avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue. If you’re experiencing issues adding tickets, you can access your tickets from the Ticketmaster app or by going to Ticketmaster.co.uk on your mobile browser.

1. In the Ticketmaster app, sign into your My Account.
2. Tap My Events to locate your order.
3. Tap your order, then view tickets.
4. Tap on Add to Apple Wallet.
You'll find your tickets in the digital wallet app. To enter using your mobile wallet, access your ticket in the wallet and place the back of your phone against the scanning device or reader. Barcodes are not displayed when tickets are added to your wallet.
Why am I receiving an error message?
Ensure that you’re using the latest version of our app and that any ticket within the Ticketmaster account hasn’t been downloaded to another fan’s Apple Wallet. Turn off your VPN, Apple Private Relay and other proxy servers. Or, visit our FAQ My ticket isn’t working in my Apple Wallet. What should I do? for further guidance. -

4. Tap the Save to Google Pay button.
You'll find your tickets in the Google Pay app. Barcodes aren’t displayed when tickets are added to your wallet.

If you’re unable to add the tickets to your wallet, it may be for one of the reasons below:
- Your order’s delivery method is ticket collection or Print-at-Home.
- You purchased tickets over the phone with a sales representative.
- Your order includes VIP tickets, premium tickets or additional non-refundable items such as merchandise.
