As you could use a single word or group of words for the subject you would like to perform search, you can also ask questions. Frequently Asked Questions search system is supported by the Natural Language Processing technology, it intends to provide you the most appropriate answers related to the issue you are searching.

Please, try to use explanatory expressions and try ask clear questions when you are performing the search as much as possible. For example; such as, “What are the payment terms?” or “Can we buy tickets by instalments?”

If you think that the answer you have found is not sufficient, you can fill in the form when it appears when you answer the question of “Is this answer sufficient for you?” as “No” and you can reach us in order to receive more detailed answer. Ticketmaster Platinum are premium tickets made available by artists and event organisers through Ticketmaster. They give fans safe and fair access to some of the most in-demand tickets in the house at market driven prices.

Why are these tickets a higher price than tickets on the main website? Are these re-sale tickets?

No these aren’t resale tickets. Platinum tickets are being sold for the very first time through Ticketmaster. The prices are adjusted according to supply and demand, similar to how airline tickets and hotel rooms are sold. The goal is to give the most passionate fans fair and safe access to the most in-demand tickets, while allowing the artists and everyone involved in staging live events to price tickets closer to their true value. 

Do I get anything else with my Platinum tickets?

Platinum Tickets aren’t part of a package, so the price you're paying is just for the tickets – there aren't any added extras or VIP/hospitality elements to the booking.

When are my tickets going to be dispatched?

We aim to post Platinum tickets 7-10 days before the event, unless we tell you differently when you book. If you haven’t received your tickets by 48 hours before the show, please click here to contact us so that we can help.

How are my tickets delivered?

It really depends on the event – we may use standard post, secure post or box office collection. If you live outside the UK, it’s likely that you’ll be offered box office collection, as we may not be able to get the tickets to you in time through the post. Don’t worry though, this will all be confirmed to you when you book.

Can I change my delivery address after booking?

You can! Please contact us as soon as possible once you’ve moved so that we can update the address for you – more info on that here.

Why can't I see my Platinum orders in my online account?

You won’t be able to see your Platinum tickets in your online account with us because Ticketmaster Platinum is booked using a different system, which doesn’t link to your online account at the moment. It’s nothing to worry about though! If you need to check your order details, please take a look at your confirmation email or give us a call on 0333 321 9986 if you have any questions. You can search using a single word or phrase, just like you would with a search engine. So for example, if you’re event’s been cancelled, just type in the name of your event and we’ll bring up all the information we have.

Or you can actually ask us a question and our system will give you a list of answers. For the best results, make your questions clear – for example, “when will you send my tickets?” or “what type of cards do you accept?”
