As you could use a single word or group of words for the subject you would like to perform search, you can also ask questions. Frequently Asked Questions search system is supported by the Natural Language Processing technology, it intends to provide you the most appropriate answers related to the issue you are searching.

Please, try to use explanatory expressions and try ask clear questions when you are performing the search as much as possible. For example; such as, “What are the payment terms?” or “Can we buy tickets by instalments?”

If you think that the answer you have found is not sufficient, you can fill in the form when it appears when you answer the question of “Is this answer sufficient for you?” as “No” and you can reach us in order to receive more detailed answer. Customer Relations officials will contact in the shortest time possible.

We have a brand new ticketing platform for festivals called Front Gate Tickets, and Latitude will be the very first to use it!

All orders made after 17th March 2017

If you booked after 17th March 2017 it means that you’ll have used the new Latitude Festival ticketing site on our new platform.

Your confirmation email will have come from Latitude Festival 2017 and the payment will show up as Ticketmaster FGT on your card statement.

You will have created an account on the Latitude Festival ticketing website, which you can log into and view details of any orders you’ve made here – this means that your Latitude order won’t show in your Ticketmaster online account. Please click here to view your order.

Instalment plan tickets

If you decided to pay for your tickets in instalments, you will have made your order with Ticketmaster.  You’ll need to contact us if you’d like to update your card details or pay off the outstanding balance in full. For details regarding payment dates please click here.

Dispatching your tickets

You tickets will still be printed and sent out by Ticketmaster via secure post to your delivery address. You can update your delivery address by viewing your order history on the Latitude Festival Ticketing website. You can find general info about ticket dispatch please click here. Tickets will likely be sent out closer to the event, but if you still haven’t received them by 5 days before the festival, please get in touch with us.

If you opted to collect your tickets at the event, please go to the main box office when you arrive at the festival.

Search Tips

You can search using a single word or phrase, just like you would with a search engine. So for example, if you’re event’s been cancelled, just type in the name of your event and we’ll bring up all the information we have.

Or you can actually ask us a question and our system will give you a list of answers. For the best results, make your questions clear – for example, “when will you send my tickets?” or “what type of cards do you accept?”

If the results don’t quite answer your question, click the Contact Us tab which will appear once you’ve clicked on an answer. From there, you’ll be able to send a message to our Customer Service team.
