As you could use a single word or group of words for the subject you would like to perform search, you can also ask questions. Frequently Asked Questions search system is supported by the Natural Language Processing technology, it intends to provide you the most appropriate answers related to the issue you are searching.

Please, try to use explanatory expressions and try ask clear questions when you are performing the search as much as possible. For example; such as, “What are the payment terms?” or “Can we buy tickets by instalments?”

If you think that the answer you have found is not sufficient, you can fill in the form when it appears when you answer the question of “Is this answer sufficient for you?” as “No” and you can reach us in order to receive more detailed answer. Customer Relations officials will contact in the shortest time possible.

Iron Maiden will be touring the UK in May 2017. Tickets went on general sale on Friday 30th September at 9am. 

Please remember that these gigs are a Paperless ticket events, designed to ensure we get as many fans as possible closer to their favourite artist and to help us do that special measures have been put in place to make sure that it's only fans that can buy these tickets and gain access to the events

Iron Maiden Paperless Information

Paperless customers: Just weeks to go! Do you have everything you need to get in on the night?

With paperless tickets the cardholder must arrive together with the rest of the party and actually be attending the show. Unfortunately, if you can't arrive together we are unable to make any alterneative arrangements for you. We can only advise that you make arrangements for you group to meet before entering as once the cardholder attends no one else will be allowed in if they arrive later. To get in on the night you’ll need to take:

  • Your confirmation email
  • Government-issued photo ID (such as a driving license or passport)
  • The original payment card used to book the tickets


What if your card has expired?

Even though your card has expired, you’ll still be able to use it to get in as it will still match the details on the paperless system – so if you can, please keep hold of it!                                                                                                             

If you’ve already destroyed your old card, but the new one has the exact same 16 digits, you don’t need to do anything and you can just use the new card to get into the show.

Lost your card or have a new one with a completely new number?

Please fill in the form by clicking here, to select a timeslot and a member of the team will give you a call to take your new details. This is completely free, and we won’t need to charge your new card – just update the details on our system.

We’ll need to speak to the cardholder to update your details, so we will do data protection checks to confirm your identity on the call.

Remember! The latest we can update your card details is 5 days before the show, so please make sure you select a timeslot at least 5 days before your event!

What if I'm not attending the gig?

The cardholder has to attend the gig, as their card will need to be scanned. Unfortunately if these tickets are a gift the cardholder will still need to attend with their card or the tickets can't be used and a refund will not be issued, as all customers were made aware of this at the time of booking.

Having your tickets posted?

For some venues, the seated tickets will be posted out. If your tickets being posted out folow the details below. 

Changing Address

When you are booking we need to take the address that your card is registered to for our security checks. However we can change the address to a non billing address 72 hours after the booking has been made. 
If your address has been changed with the card issuer already and you've just entered the incorrect address, just let us know as soon as you realise the error and we'll correct it for you.

Ticket Dispatch

Tickets will be sent out as soon as possible, but please be aware that the latest to expect them is 5 days before the event. Click here for update information on ticket dispatch.

You can search using a single word or phrase, just like you would with a search engine. So for example, if you’re event’s been cancelled, just type in the name of your event and we’ll bring up all the information we have.

Or you can actually ask us a question and our system will give you a list of answers. For the best results, make your questions clear – for example, “when will you send my tickets?” or “what type of cards do you accept?”
