If you missed your ticket delivery, Royal Mail will be holding them for you at your local delivery office.
They should have left a calling card when they tried to deliver – just use the tracking details on the card to arrange a free redelivery at www.royalmail.com/redelivery, or by calling 08457 740 740.
If you'd prefer, you can just pop into your local delivery office and pick the tickets up in person – you'll some ID along with the calling card they left. If you're not sure which delivery office your tickets are being held at, enter your tracking number here.

If you don't pick your tickets up from the delivery office they will be returned to us after 14 days. Click here for more information on what happens next.
