Ticket Dispatch ✉️
Tickets will be sent closer to the event date, please contact us if you have not received your tickets by 5 days before the event.
Deposit Information 💳
Tickets purchased using the deposit scheme will be paid in separate instalments. The first will be taken at the point of purchase.
Payments made are non-refundable.
Please note that the payments will be taken on the 1st of the month but may take a few days to show on your statements, so don't worry if doesn't show up straight away. Unfortunately we can't change the payment dates. If your payment fails, we'll contact you to try and take payment again.

Age Restrictions 👶
Creamfields South is an over 18's only festival. It is recommended that you bring ID as you may be asked to produce ID at any point during the festival.
Ticket Limits ⛔️
There is a strict limit of eight tickets per person and per card.
Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster in its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
Accessible Tickets ♿️
The application form for access facilities is not yet open. Customers can sign up to the mailing list to be notified when it does become available here.

Booking Confirmation 👍
Once you've made your booking you will receive your booking reference number to give us if you have any queries about your booking. You will also get a booking confirmation emailed to the email address you gave us at the time of booking, but this can take up to 72 hours to receive. If you're having trouble accessing your online account, click here for more information. Don't forget to check your junk/spam folder in case your booking confirmation email has been picked up by your email providers spam filters.

What are Creamfields South Gold Tickets? 🎟️
A Gold camping ticket for Creamfields South includes access to the Gold campsite which features 'proper' toilets, showers, pamper parlour (with mirrors, hair straighteners, hairdryers etc), 24 hour manned Info Hub, free car parking plus access to the exclusive Hospitality Arena on site which will serve you up a complimentary meal each day. The Hospitality Arena also includes 'proper toilets', indoor and outdoor seating areas, leather sofas, wooden flooring, plus access to various exclusive concessions inside the hospitality arena*
If you are purchasing a Gold Day ticket - you get everything within the Gold Package (excluding the camping features) + free car parking.

Shuttle Bus Info 🚍
Creamfields South shuttle buses will be running throughout the days and nights of the festival weekend, taking you directly to and from the festival site. The shuttle bus departure and drop off point is Chelmsford Train Station. You can book your shuttle bus in advance via Ticketmaster here.
