When arriving together, the lead booker must be present in order for the whole party to enter the venue. Both members of the party should enter the venue at the same time. In order for tickets to be valid, on arrival at the show the lead booker must be able to provide all of the following items alongside their ticket(s):
- Photo ID (Driving licence, passport)
- Booking confirmation email
Your ticket/s will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE unless the sale is through the official Ticketmaster fan to fan exchange. Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorized outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. The resale of a ticket renders it invalid and may lead to refusal of entry.
When do tickets go on sale?
Exclusive access to buy tickets will begin Friday 12th November 2021, 10AM GMT.
The tickets will cost £10 (+fees) and proceeds will be donated to the Ed Sheeran Suffolk Music Foundation.
Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis, to all those with exclusive access codes.
I have special access requirements, how do I register for tickets?
Tickets will be available to all successful code holders from Friday November 12. You will receive your code via email on the evening of Monday November 8th. If you wish to register for disabled accessible tickets, send an email to email@example.com with your code indicating in the subject line whether you require a WHEELCHAIR SPACE or BALCONY SEAT. The venue offers a free companion ticket if required.
