I've signed up for the Payment Plan to pay for my tickets in monthly instalments - when do my payments come out of my bank account?
On the 1st of each month.
I missed a payment on my Monthly Payment Plan - what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will be able to re-process your missed payment. We can also let you know your ticket payment balance and how many payments you have left to make: Customer Services - 0333 321 9999 (Monday to Friday 9am-8pm or Saturday & Sunday 10am-4pm).
My payment plan seems to be behind - what happens now?
If you still have missing payments from previous months we need to help bring you up to date on your schedule.
All regular payments will be collected on the 1st of each month as usual. However on Friday 12th April, we will be collecting any outstanding payments to ensure you are up to speed with the plan. If you need to check your payments and balance, please head to https://campbestival.frontgatetickets.com/ and log into your account.
Before this time, you will also have the opportunity to pay any outstanding payments in your own time by calling our Customer Service team on 0333 321 9999 (Open from 9am – 8pm on Monday to Friday, 10am – 4pm on weekends) or emailing us by clicking here.
If you are yet to have paid the correct amount of payments by the end of April 2019, we will be contacting you to advise what the next steps will be.
