Some upcoming events will now be print at home or mobile tickets only, so you may have been informed that your booking is being changed to one of those. This is being done to ensure customers can still gain entry at the event, so no need to worry!
We’re working hard to get this done as soon as possible and we’ll email you as soon as your print at home tickets are ready - this should be no later than five days before the event. This will update in your Ticketmaster account once your tickets are ready to access.
