When will I be paid for my sale?
Before we can pay you for your sale we need to confirm that your tickets can be reissued to the buyer – unfortunately, this is out of our control.
If they can be reissued - we’ll email you to confirm and then process your early payment, usually within the following 10-12 working days. The payment can then take up to 3-5 working days from then to show in your account and will come from Adyen, our payment provider.
If they cannot be reissued - we’ll let you know that’s the case by email and confirm the next steps. You can expect to receive payment within 10 working days of the event taking place. When you list tickets for sale you are asked to input your bank account details where payment can be made. We can't make payment to a credit or debit card, or by any other means.
If your bank account details have changed you can log in to your account to update these
Just click on “My Profile” & “Seller Details” and enter the new bank account information.
The name and address you give us must match that of the bank account you provide. We can't pay into another persons account.
