The Big Feastival will be returning to Alex James' Farm, Kingham from 23rd - 25th August 2019. The lineup is still yet to be announced. Keep an eye on the Blog for future updates and lineup announcements.

All children must have a valid entry ticket to enter the event. Children 12 and under tickets must be booked at the time of adult purchase.
Customers may purchase a maximum of two under 12's or two teen tickets per adult ticket.
If you need a free ticket for your baby (under aged 1), please contact Ticketmaster Customer Services.
There is a strict limit of 10 tickets per person and per card.
Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster in its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
For those with child and teen tickets, a free carer or personal assistant ticket shall also be provided free of charge but the child or teen must be accompanied by a paying adult ticket holder.
Accessible tickets include:
• Accessible toilets, showers and water points on the campsite
• Accessible toilets in the Main Arena
• Raised viewing area in the Main Arena
• Accessible parking (You will need to have your blue badge on display)
• Dedicated stewards to help with difficulties that may arise over the weekend

To balance an outstanding deposit/installment payment (rejected payments) for The Big Feastival please dial 0333 321 9999. You will need your reference number, telephone number and the last 4 digits of your original credit/debit card.

For those who have booked our 3 payment deposit scheme (available from 27th October 2018 until 22nd March 2019), the 3 individual payments will be taken as per the dates below:
Installment #1 - This will be taken at the time of booking (Adult-£67, teen- £42 & child-£16.50)
Installment #2 - This will be taken on 15th April 2019 (Adult-£60, teen-£35 & child-£13)
Installment #3 - This will be taken on 17th June 2019 (Adult-£60, teen-£35 & child-£14)
Those of you who have booked our 5-part Deposit Scheme (available until Friday 26th October 2018), the 5 individual payments will be taken as per the dates below:
Installment #1 - this will be taken at the time of booking (Adult-£43, teen- £28 & child-£11.50)
Installment #2 - This will be taken on 27th November 2018 (Adult-£36, teen- £21 & child-£8)
Installment #3 - This will be taken on 27th February 2019 (Adult-£36, teen- £21 & child-£8)

Once you've made your booking you will receive your booking reference number to give us if you have any queries about your booking. You will also get a booking confirmation emailed to the email address you gave us at the time of booking, but this can take up to 72 hours to receive.
Please make sure that your e-mail address is up to date before making a purchase.

When you are booking we need to take the address that your card is registered to for our security checks. However, we can change the address to a non-billing address 72 hours after the booking has been made.
If your address has been changed with the card issuer already and you've just entered the incorrect address, just let us know as soon as you realise the error and we'll correct it for you.
