O2 Arena: Seats located on Level 4 (Upper Tier, Upper Bowl) are not recommended for those who have a fear of heights. Letters of authorisation will not be accepted at the venue when collecting tickets for events at the O2. If collecting from the box office, the card holder must be present.
Bournemouth International Centre: The full name of the lead booker will be printed on each ticket and photo ID of the lead booker must be presented to gain entry to the venue. SSE Hydro: Level 3 is accessible by stairs only. Levels 2 & 3 may not suit those who have mobility difficulties or who are uncomfortable with heights.

Arena Birmingham: The venue recommends that children aged 14 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above when attending any show at the venue. Children under the age of 14 should not purchase tickets for the standing area of the venue for events, and those young people aged 15 and 16 should only enter the standing floor when accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
O2 Arena: Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult (18+) and be in seated areas only.
Bournemouth International Centre: No under 12s standing. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.
First Direct Arena: Standing - Over 14s only. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult over 18 and seated.
Manchester Arena: Standing 14+. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old at all times and purchase a seated ticket.
SSE Hydro: Strictly over 14s only in the standing area.
SSE Arena Wembley: No under 14s in standing area. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Once you've made your booking you will receive your booking reference number to give us if you have any queries about your booking. You will also get a booking confirmation emailed to the email address you gave us at the time of booking, but this can take up to 72 hours to receive.
Please make sure that your e-mail address is up to date before making a purchase.
When you are booking we need to take the address that your card is registered to for our security checks. However, we can change the address to a non-billing address 72 hours after the booking has been made.
If your address has been changed with the card issuer already and you've just entered the incorrect address, just let us know as soon as you realise the error and we'll correct it for you.
I need to plan my trip - when will the gig end?
Unfortunately, we won't receive any details regarding the runtime until the sound check has been done, which is usually on the day of the gig.
