If you are booking more than one ticket, your guests must arrive at the concert at the same time as the lead booker. Guests should not arrive separately. This ticket is a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the Promoters. This ticket must be surrendered to the Promoters upon request.
This ticket will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE.
To gain admission to the concert, the attendee must bring:
i) The ticket(s)
ii) The booking confirmation
iii) A valid photo ID matching the customer name on the booking confirmation
Failure to bring all of the items i), ii), iii) above may result in refusal of admission to the concert.
Ticket sales are limited to a maximum of four tickets per person. Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions may result in the customer’s order being cancelled
O2 Academy, Bournemouth - No under 8s. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult over 18 at all times and on the balcony where available.
Cliffs Pavilion, Southend - Standing 14+ only / U14 must be seated with an adult 18+
Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff - Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
De Montfort Hall, Leicester - Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. No under 16s in standing area.
O2 Academy, Leeds - No under 8s. Under 14s must be with an adult at all times and seated in the balcony ticket.
O2 Academy, Sheffield - No under 8s. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult over 18 at all times.
Usher Hall, Edinburgh - Standing over 14s only. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
Guild Of Students, Liverpool - No under 8s. Under 14s must be with an adult over 18 at all times
O2 Academy, Newcastle - Standing: 14+ only, Balcony: Under 14s with adult.
The Hexagon, Reading - Strictly 14+ for all standing tickets. Under 14s permitted into balcony if accompanied by an adult.
Oasis Centre, Swindon - Ages 14+
Dome Concert Hall, Brighton - Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult in the stalls general admission area - no unaccompanied under 14s in the venue.
UEA, Norwich - Ages 14+
Eventim Apollo, London - 14s and under need to be accompanied by an adult (over 18) and advised to be in the seated areas only as view may be restricted in the standing areas.
Once you've made your booking you will receive your booking reference number to give us if you have any queries about your booking. You will also get a booking confirmation emailed to the email address you gave us at the time of booking, but this can take up to 72 hours to receive.
Please make sure that your e-mail address is up to date before making a purchase.
When you are booking we need to take the address that your card is registered to for our security checks. However, we can change the address to a non-billing address 72 hours after the booking has been made.
If your address has been changed with the card issuer already and you've just entered the incorrect address, just let us know as soon as you realise the error and we'll correct it for you.
I need to plan my trip - when will the gig end?
Unfortunately, we won't receive any details regarding the runtime until the sound check has been
done, which is usually on the day of the gig.
