For information regarding our new Ticket Voucher scheme, please see the below FAQs.
What is the new voucher scheme?
If your event has been rescheduled by the event organisers, the tickets you already have will be valid for the new date. All rescheduled events and their new dates can be found in this list. If you can’t make the new date, you may be able get a voucher instead which is redeemable against any event available on Ticketmaster.co.uk. It’s really easy to get your voucher, you just need to tap the “See Your Options” button next to your tickets in My Account and then hit “Request Your Voucher”.
We encourage anyone who can’t attend the new date to exchange for a voucher where possible. By doing so you are helping to protect and support the live entertainment industry in these difficult times. If a voucher isn’t available or if you do not want one, you can contact customer services to ask for refund by clicking “submit a request” at the bottom of this page.
Can I gift/transfer it to someone else?
Unfortunately not. Your credit voucher will be stored in your account and will need to be used by you.
How long is my voucher valid for?
The voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of issue.
Can I change my mind?
No, once you have requested your voucher, you cannot switch back to your original tickets.
