Are There Any Age Restrictions?
Events may be age restricted and it is the responsibility of the Ticket holder to check before purchasing.
Please remember the venue is all standing and everyone attending must have a ticket.

Can I Take A Camera/Video Recorder to the Royal Albert Hall?
The use of professional type cameras, video or sound recording equipment (including without limitation, mobile phones or other devices used for such purpose), is prohibited and such items may be confiscated.
Is The Venue Accessible for Disabled Customers?
The venue is accessible for wheelchair users and has accessible toilets.

Can I Smoke at the Royal Albert Hall?
The Royal Albert Hall is a no smoking venue.
Travelling to the Royal Albert Hall
The Royal Albert Hall is a Public Transport Destination and we recommend that anyone coming to an event uses public transport.
South Kensington and High Street Kensington are the closest tube stations to the venue and take approximately 10 minutes to walk from either station.
The nearest train station is London Victoria is a 35 minutes’ walk, or you can take catch the tube that has a station near Victoria.
You can catch the numbers 9, N9, 10, 52, N52 and 452 which all stop outside the Hall.
You can also catch the numbers 70 and 360 which are both within minutes’ walk of the venue.
Parking is available at Imperial College which is approximately 5 minutes’ walk away. The postcode for the car park is SW7 2BX.
Box Office Information
The Box Office is clearly signposted.
The Box Office will only be open on the day of the event for collections and will usually be available when the doors open.
As with all Ticketmaster bookings, tickets will be dispatched as soon as possible. We advise the latest to receive tickets will be 5 days before an event, but we aim to deliver tickets as soon as stock is available.
If souvenir tickets are being produced for an event, it is likely that tickets will not be posted until a lot closer to the event date.
