Travelling To The Stadium
Principality Stadium is Public Transport Destination and we recommend that anyone coming to an event uses public transport.
The nearest train station is Cardiff Central which is almost opposite the Stadium. Cardiff Queen Street Station is a 15-minute walk to the east of the Stadium.
There is no dedicated fan car parking at, or near, the stadium but there is plenty of parking available in the City Centre itself.
Park and Ride is available along the routes into Cardiff Central. We would advise you take advantage of the Park and Rides available on event days located at Pentwyn and Leckwith.
The Principality Stadium is a public transport destination and all visitors are advised to utilise public transport wherever possible.
As with all Ticketmaster bookings, tickets will be dispatched as soon as possible. We advise the latest to receive tickets will be 5 days before an event, but we aim to deliver tickets as soon as stock is available.
If souvenir tickets are being produced for an event, it is likely that tickets will not be posted until a lot closer to the event date.
We recommend keeping an eye on our dispatch updates for popular shows. This can be found by clicking here.
Box Office Information
The box office is next to Gate 3 of the Stadium, on Westgate Street. The Box Office is clearly signposted.
The Box Office will only be open on the day of the event for collections and will usually be available three hours before the event starts.
We usually don't receive any information like this until the day of the show
We can only advise that you arrive when the gates open to make sure you don't miss any of the gigs.
