If you chose standard post, please give it until five days before the event for your tickets to arrive –even once they've left us, it can sometimes take a little longer than expected to get to you. Don't worry though, if they still haven't arrived by this time just get in touch and we'll make sure you get in.
If you chose secure post, you should get an email from Royal Mail with a tracking number and details on when to expect the tickets once they've been sent. If you haven't heard from us or Royal Mail and our update says all the tickets have been sent, be sure to get in touch so we can help you track them –you can't get in without them, so it's really important you let us know so we can try and help.
