Yes -you should get an email from us outlining the refund process. Please double check any cut off dates and make sure you claim your refund before then. Please click here to check if your event has been rescheduled.
If you can't make the date, we usually require the unused tickets to be returned to us before the event so we can issue your refund. We suggest that you return your tickets by a secure method since we are not always able to refund if tickets are lost or arrive back after the event date.
Please only contact us directly to request a refund if your tickets were set for Box Office collection, have not been posted out yet, or you selected the print-at-home/mobile delivery option.
