Mobile Tickets are a great way to receive your tickets, almost instantly. Rather than having tickets posted or queuing to pick them up from the box office, we'll just send you a text with a barcode. The barcode is then scanned as you go into the event.
How long does it take to receive my Mobile Ticket?
We aim to deliver the barcode within 24 hours of your booking, but it's usually much quicker than that.
Why do you need to know the make and model of my phone?
We need to make sure that the barcode is formatted properly so that the scanners recognise it when you arrive on the night. Supplying the make and model means that we can make sure the barcode is the right size to avoid any problems when you arrive.
Does everyone in the group have to arrive together?
Nope. If you've bought more than one ticket on a single booking, we'll send you a single barcode that's valid to admit everyone in the group – the staff on the door just scan the barcode once for every member of the party. If you're not all arriving together just get in touch with Customer Services to let us know the make and model of your guest's phone and we'll send them a duplicate ticket at no extra charge.
Why can't I just forward the barcode myself?
It's best to let us do it for you – we'll reformat the barcode so that it's optimised for your guest's phone. That way, you know there won't be any problems on the night.
What if I lose my phone or I've had a new handset?
Just get in touch with us, let us know your new phone number, make and model and we'll be sure to get a replacement Mobile Ticket to you at no extra charge. If your phone was stolen we'll also invalidate the original barcode that we sent, just to be sure that it can't be used.
