What is Ticketmaster Verified Fan?
Our job is to get tickets into your, the fan’s, hands. Not touts or bots. So we've partnered with artists to create a way for real fans to get exclusive ticket access to see their favourite shows: Ticketmaster Verified Fan Presales. Visit http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/verified-fan for full details.
You must make sure that your email address is up-to-date before signing up for Verified Fan Presales.
How do I register for a Verified Fan event?
Each event that is using Verified Fan has its own custom registration page, accessible via a link included in the announcement from the artist, team, or show. We also share it on Twitter.

How do I purchase tickets with Ticketmaster Verified Fan Presales?
This is how it works:
1. You’ll receive your unique code between 12 and 24 hours before the presale, either by email or SMS (you’ll be told which when you register). This will include presale times, your unique code and a link to where you can purchase your tickets.
If you’re due to receive the link by SMS, keep your phone handy – if you are successful, you’ll receive your code with all the information you’ll need to access the presale.
2. Copy Your Unique Code
Have your code on hand and be ready to copy and paste for when the presale begins.
3. Click the link you were sent at the time specified.
If you are on a desktop device but receive the link by SMS, have the link from your phone ready before the presale starts. Be quick as there's a limited number of tickets available to Verified Fans.
4. On the ticket selection page, choose “Verified Fan Presale' or 'Fan Presale'. Enter your unique code in the box provided.
Make sure you enter the code exactly as it appears in the email or SMS you receive from Ticketmaster.
5. Find tickets.
Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and are NOT guaranteed. Make sure you check the ticket limit and don’t buy any more than you’re allowed to.
6. Checkout
For a faster checkout, make sure all of your billing and credit card information is up-to-date before the presale begins.
When should I expect my presale code?
You’ll receive your unique code from Ticketmaster between 12 and 24 hours before the presale.
The email or SMS will include timing details, your unique code and a link to where you can purchase your tickets.
The presale has started - I registered but never received my code?
While we would like to give every fan access to great tickets, Ticketmaster Verified Fan codes are limited.
Registering as a Ticketmaster Verified Fan does not guarantee you will receive a unique code.
Please visit the terms and conditions section of the Verified Fan registration page you signed up to for more information.
I registered for the last Verified Fan Presale, shouldn’t I always get a code?
No. Each artist presale powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan is unique, and you must register for each one separately.
Why didn’t my Verified Fan Presale code work?
You may have reached your ticket limit. Due to demand, each Verified Fan Presale has a ticket limit to allow more fans like you to get tickets. You may also be selecting the wrong ticket type. Make sure you select 'Verified Fan Presale' or 'Fan Presale' on the ticket selection page.
How come I received a Verified Fan Presale code but can’t get tickets?
We often receive massive interest for the tours we sell tickets to, including Verified Fan tickets. Tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis and are NOT guaranteed.
If I’m not selected, will I still have a chance to get tickets?
Yes. You will still have the opportunity to purchase tickets via other available presales or the general sale.
