Are There Any Age Restrictions?
Under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult (Over 16) at all times.
For certain shows, where seating and standing tickets are available, no one under 14 will be permitted to stand on the floor section.
Please always check the event or the venue's site.

Can I Take A Camera/Video Recorder Into The Venue?
The use of unauthorised cameras, video or sound recording equipment (including without limitation, mobile phones or other devices used for such purpose), is prohibited and such items may be confiscated.
- Unless otherwise stated, small digital cameras will be allowed into shows.
- Large SLR (i.e. cameras where the lens comes off and can be changed for another one) are never permitted (unless expressly allowed by the promoter).
Is The Venue Accessible For Wheelchair Users?
The venue is accessible for wheelchair users.
Getting To The Arena
Local bus services and the Metro to Central Station are approximately 5 minutes away.
- No. 22 bus goes from Market Street to the Arena, the last one is 18:25.
- No. 604 bus goes from Eldon Square, the last one is 23:00.
The Metro Radio Arena Newcastle is only 3 minutes from the A1 North-South route. Take the A184 signposted “City Centre”, then follow the A189 over the Redheugh Bridge. When in the vicinity of the Arena, follow the signs to the appropriate car parks.

There are over 600 Official Car Park spaces available on site at the rear of the building. This car park offers:
- CCTV Cameras
- Regular security patrols
When this car park is full, an NCP Car Park is located next to the Arena.
Disabled parking spaces are available, for blue badge holders, at the Arena on a first come first served basis. (Badge holders must be present in the vehicle.)
As with all Ticketmaster bookings, tickets will be dispatched as soon as possible. We advise the latest to receive tickets will be 5 days before an event, but we aim to deliver tickets as soon as stock is available.
If souvenir tickets are being produced for an event, it is likely that tickets will not be posted until a lot closer to the event date.

Saturday: 09:30 – 15:00
Saturday Evening Events – The box office will be open all day.
Sunday Evening Events – Box office will be open from 15:00
