We can only announce a change once it's been confirmed to us by the venue or promoter. So if you've seen something on the venue's website, the band's Facebook page or anywhere else but it's not posted on our website yet or you haven’t been contacted by us, don't worry. It might be that we’re still finalising details, but we'll contact all customers with information of the changes by email or text, and update the information on our Event Status Updates page!
Please be patient while we wait for all details to be confirmed as we can’t process any requests until the information has been confirmed by the event organisers.
If an event has been cancelled, refunds will be processed automatically and an email will be sent to let you know it’s been done and when to expect the money in your account. Emails will be sent with any other changes - like rescheduled dates, postponed shows and venue changes, to let you know your options.
