We print off and send out so many tickets every day so unfortunately, we just can’t email everyone to let them know exactly when their tickets have been sent.
If your tickets are being sent by secure mail you will receive an email from Royal Mail or DHL with your tracking number and an expected delivery date.
If you booked online and your tickets are being sent by standard post you can check your account for updates. If your tickets are ‘processing’ this means we've started the delivery process and the tickets will be sent soon (if not already). Unfortunately, we're unable to update this to say if the tickets have been sent.
For some bigger events, if there are any delays in sending tickets we’ll email you to let you know when your tickets have been sent out. We do this as they may arrive in the days leading up to the event and we don’t want you to worry.
