As with all Ticketmaster bookings, tickets will be dispatched as soon as possible. We advise the latest to receive tickets will be 5 days before an event, but we aim to deliver tickets as soon as stock is available.
If souvenir tickets are being produced for an event, it is likely that tickets will not be posted until a lot closer to the event date.
We recommend keeping an eye on our dispatch updates for popular shows. This can be found by clicking here.

The Box Office is clearly signposted.
The Box Office will only be open on the day of the event for collections and will usually be available two hours before the event starts.
Gig Runtimes
We usually don't receive any information like this until the day of the show
At the moment we can only advise that you arrive when the gates open to make sure you don't miss any of the gigs.
