Here's a quick guide to all the different ways we can deliver tickets!
To check how you’ll be receiving your tickets, take a look at your confirmation email. You can also see the delivery method by checking the order in your Ticketmaster account.
Please keep in mind that not all types of delivery are available for every event. When you book your tickets, we’ll offer you all the delivery options available for that particular event.
⚠️Please Note - A smartphone is required for events that are mobile-only or if you've booked mobile tickets
Standard Post
We’ll post your tickets to your billing address and the latest you should expect them is 5 days before the event – you won’t need to sign for the delivery.
Secure Post
Secure post is recommended. This is a secure delivery method with tracking facility. This may require a signature on delivery. You will receive your tickets no later than 5 days before the event. This service is not available to PO Box addresses. If the cardholder is not personally attending this event, please select this option.

Box Office Collection
Tickets being held at the Box Office can only be retrieved by the card holder with the original credit card used for this purchase. Please also bring your booking confirmation number.

Mobile Tickets
Your phone is your ticket. Locate your tickets in your Ticketmaster account, or in your app. When you go mobile, your tickets will not be emailed to you or available for print, this will be confirmed on checkout.

Venue App
Tickets for certain events will be delivered as a Mobile ID through a venues own app, so you'll need to download the app on your mobile and sign up with the same email address you used to place your order so that you can access your tickets.

Print-at-Home Tickets
Log into your Ticketmaster account and select from your list of ‘Upcoming Events’. When your tickets are ready to print, there’ll be a button to print your tickets. When you print-at-home, your tickets will not be emailed to you.

eTicket Bundle
Depending on the venue you've booked for, you’ll have access to either print-at-home or mobile tickets or both in your account – this will be specified when choosing your delivery method on checkout.
Overseas Mail (Republic of Ireland)
For The Republic of Ireland customers only - Your tickets will be mailed to your billing address and delivered no later than 5 days before the event in a plain unmarked white envelope. This is a non-secure method and if you are purchasing general admission or standing tickets some venues may not replace lost tickets. If the option is available, we suggest you use UPS.
International Secure Courier (Republic of Ireland)
Guaranteed delivery with tracking facility to all addresses within the Republic of Ireland. Signature required. Not available to PO Box addresses.

International Secure Courier (EU and USA)
Guaranteed delivery with tracking facility to all addresses within the European Union and the United States of America. Signature required. Not available to PO Box addresses.

Guaranteed delivery with tracking facility to all addresses, excluding the European Union and USA. Signature required. Not available to PO Box addresses.
