Most of the time, we can arrange replacement tickets for you – we'd just cancel the original tickets and you can collect a new set from the box office when you arrive at the venue.
We can’t replace lost tickets until five days before the event, so just reach out after that time and we’ll be happy to arrange your replacements if the option is available. There's a small admin fee of £5.00 for this service, so please be sure to confirm that you're happy for us to charge that to your card.
Please note: It is not always possible to replace tickets; this depends on venue procedures.
