Most of the time, we can arrange replacement tickets for you – we'd just void the originals that we sent out and you can collect a new set from the box office when you arrive at the venue.
The facility for us to replace lost tickets isn't available to us until 5 days before the event, so if your tickets still haven't turned up by then, let us know and we’ll be happy to arrange your replacements. There's a small admin fee of £5.00 for this service, so please be sure to confirm that you're happy for us to charge that to your card if you do need the replacements.
